Right now doing R&D on product STAAR(Self-Learning Ticket Assignment and Routing) where we perform Data Analysis, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing on support tickets and provide our clients solutions which saves their time as well as cost resolving those tickets.
